Policies
The short version: we want you to love your FLEX gear. If you don’t — or something arrives bent out of shape — write us and we’ll make it right. The longer version is below.
Refund Policy
Return windows
- Shipped orders: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Picked-up orders: 14 days from the day you picked it up at the bar.
- Items must be unused and in original condition — same shape they left the bar in.
How long refunds take
Once we receive the return (or for digital cases, once we approve it), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong: email hello@flexlasvegas.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll cover return shipping and refund in full OR send a replacement — your call.
Custom or personalized items
Personalized items (engraved with a specific name, custom one-off orders) are non-refundable. Our current tumblers are designed for FLEX but aren’t per-customer personalized — they’re returnable under the windows above.
Pickup no-show
Pickup orders sit at the bar for 30 days after we email you the ready notification. After 30 days the order is marked “no-show” and the merchandise is forfeited. If life got in the way, write hello@flexlasvegas.com — we’re reasonable.
How to request a refund
Email hello@flexlasvegas.com with your order number (it’s in your confirmation email — or for pickup orders, the pickup code at the bar). Tell us what happened and we’ll take it from there.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Email address (always — for receipts and order updates)
- Name (always — for orders and pickup)
- Phone number (pickup orders only — so we can text when your order is ready)
- Shipping address (shipped orders only)
- Payment method — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number, expiration, or CVV.
Why we collect it
- To fulfill your order (ship it, produce it, prep it for bar pickup).
- To send transactional emails: order confirmation, shipping tracking, pickup-ready notifications, refund updates.
- To handle refunds, exchanges, and any customer-service follow-ups.
Third parties we share with
Each gets only the data they need to do their job — nothing more:
- Stripe — payment processing (card data, billing email)
- Printful — print-on-demand fulfillment for apparel + accessories
- The Lasercraft Co. — production + fulfillment for drinkware
- Resend — sends the transactional emails on our behalf
- Sanity — stores the order record (so we can see your order in our admin)
We do not sell or rent customer data. Ever.
Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes. Email-marketing lists (the FLEX newsletter, if you opted in) are opt-in only and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.
Cookies
The shop uses session storage in your browser to remember your cart between visits — there’s no third-party tracking on /shop beyond Vercel’s standard analytics for the rest of the site.

Email hello@flexlasvegas.com with the subject line “Privacy” and tell us what you’d like (a copy of your data, deletion, correction). We’ll respond within 7 business days.
Terms of Service
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
Eligibility
FLEX Cocktail Lounge is a 21+ venue. Merch sales aren’t age-restricted, but some of our product designs reflect the adult tone of the bar. By placing an order you confirm you’re old enough to make a purchase in your jurisdiction.
Order acceptance
An order is confirmed when your payment is successfully captured by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (fraud flags, out-of-stock, pricing errors, delivery-area issues) — if we do, you get a full refund with no fuss.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. If a price is obviously wrong (a $20 tumbler listed at $2) we may correct it; if the correction changes your order total by more than 5%, we’ll email you to confirm before charging the difference.
Shipping & pickup
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery (for shipped orders) or on pickup at the bar (for pickup orders). Unclaimed pickup orders past the 30-day no-show window are forfeited as described in the refund policy.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the dollar amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Acceptance
By placing an order through the FLEX shop, you agree to these terms and the refund + privacy policies above.
