Gay bars in Las Vegas.
Almost none of the scene is on the Strip. It's three pockets spread east and west of it, none of them walkable from each other. Here's where they actually are. We run FLEX, so we're not neutral — but the addresses are right and we're not going to tell you a bar is something it isn't.
Three clusters.
- Twain Ave. Fun Hog Ranch, FLEX and Dust, in that order heading east, over about half a mile.
- Paradise & Naples — the Fruit Loop. Piranha, Gipsy, Quadz and Get Booked, about a mile south of Twain.
- Spread out.Badlands on E Sahara, The Phoenix on W Sahara, The Garage and Hamburger Mary's on E Flamingo, the Las Vegas Eagle on E Tropicana.

Listings go stale fast in this town. Hours, cover and what's on are each bar's to announce — check with them directly before you make the drive.
Getting around.
Rideshare, and that's most of the answer. Twain Ave is about two miles east of mid-Strip — five minutes in a car, and not a walk you want to make in August or at 3 AM. FLEX has free parking out front and behind if you're driving and not drinking.
Nevada has no last call, which is the part visitors take longest to believe. FLEX is open 24 hours, every day. The night ends when you decide it does.
Questions people actually ask.
- Where is the gay district in Las Vegas?
- The Fruit Loop, around Paradise Rd and Naples Dr, is the part people mean when they say gay district — Piranha, Gipsy, Quadz and Get Booked are in those couple of blocks. The other pocket is Twain Ave, about a mile north of it, where Fun Hog Ranch, FLEX and Dust sit in a row. Neither is on the Strip.
- Are there gay bars on the Las Vegas Strip?
- No. There are club nights and parties inside Strip resorts, but the bars themselves are all off-Strip, east or west of it. From mid-Strip you are looking at a five to ten minute ride to any of them.
- Is FLEX open 24 hours?
- Yes — 24 hours, every day, holidays included. Nevada has no last call, so a 4 AM drink here is ordinary. Hours at the other bars are theirs to publish; check with each one before you head over.
- Is there a cover charge at FLEX?
- No. FLEX has never charged a cover — no list, no rope, no door fee, including for the drag show and karaoke. Other bars set their own door, so ask them.
- How do you get between the gay bars in Las Vegas?
- Rideshare. Nothing here is walkable from the Strip or from each other, and the distances look shorter on a map than they feel at 2 AM. FLEX has free parking out front and behind if you are driving.
- How old do you have to be?
- 21+ at FLEX, with government photo ID. We card everyone.
